How delivery day works

01 Text or call by 2:00pm

Give us the address and let us know about stairs, gates or tight doorways so the crew comes prepared.

02 We confirm your window

You get a two-hour window the night before and a call from the driver when they are on the way.

03 Installation, if you add it

Installation is a paid add-on. We bring the unit in, connect it, level it and test it before we leave. Ask for a price when you schedule.

04 Old unit hauled away

Tell us when you schedule and the crew takes the appliance you are replacing on the same trip.

Questions we get every day

Text or call before 2:00pm and most orders go out the same day or the next day. We deliver across Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Orange counties, and we confirm a two-hour window the night before.
Delivery is drop-off only, curbside or at your door. Installation is a paid add-on where we bring the appliance inside the home, connect it, and leave it running and ready to use. The installation and any hardware your hookup needs are both quoted case by case, so tell us about your space when you schedule.
Installation is a paid add-on, not part of the delivery price. If you add it we bring the unit in, connect it, level it and make sure it runs before we leave. Any hardware your space needs, like a new water line, gas line, dryer vent, stacking kit or cabinet work, is quoted on top of that. Ask us for a price when you schedule.
We haul away the unit we are replacing on request. Tell us when you schedule so the crew arrives with room on the truck. Depending on the job there may be a haul-away fee, for example if the old unit is on a second floor and has to be carried down, or if access is tight. Ask us ahead of time and we will quote it before delivery day.
You have 48 hours to tell us and we exchange it. Outside of that, the manufacturer warranty covers service, and we will help you open the claim.
Everything we sell is new, open box or scratch and dent, and each one is labeled on the floor. Scratch and dent means cosmetic damage only and it still carries the manufacturer warranty.
Usually yes. Snap, Acima and Progressive approve on income and banking history rather than credit score alone, and decisions take a few minutes in the store.
